Is there Esperanto locale for Android?

Android has many locales for many languages. I could not find Esperanto locale. Does it exist?

It's easy via anysoftkeybord. Search in Google Play for "Esperanto en la telefonon" (or sim.), which comes with it and some additional goodies.

I'm not talking about Esperanto keyboard and text input. I don't need anything special here. I can use x-method without problems.
I'm talking about GUI language of Android. Is Android available in Esperanto?
