In which social networks is it possible to search people by language and language level (language proficiency)?
I know it is possible in www.edukado.net and www.lernu.net (for only Esperanto language).
Are there other social networks (not only esperantic)?
In www.linkedin.com people specify languages they speak and language level for each language, but it is not possible to search people by language and language level.

If you're using an Android or iOS device, you can use HelloTalk to find other language learners, including Esperanto. Also has a way to view skill levels.
There's also Skype Listo to find people to talk to on Skype.
