For example, I always make mistakes with the accusative. The app could check to see if two nouns are present in a sentence. If the sentence doesn't not have a comparative like "estas" then one of the nouns should take the N ending.

Maybe, I will do it myself if I feel ambitious one day.

You can try Lingvoilo (=LanguageTool): a multi-lingual and free (LGPL) grammar+spelling checker.
