Fenris_kcf:It's just a web-way to denote negation; i.e. the thread does not belong in here.
Whatever you say... all volapukaĵo to me. But this thread is in English, so it apparently doesn't belong in the non-English forum. All which is not very on-topic...

Maybe Bartlett's issue has something to do with his Firefox settings? I use Firefox exclusively on my laptop, and it has Esperanto set as the preferred language. Which means that occasionally I follow a link from somewhere not Eo-related, and am surprised to find the page is in Esperanto! And then it turns out that Esperanto is one of the languages (among others usually including English) available for viewing the page, and Firefox automatically selected it for me. Which is cool with me.

I am also now in the habit, when I go to Wikipedia, of typing in the language code in the address bar, usually either en or eo.
