For the past month I've been working on an online user-editable multi-lingual translation dictionary, and I want to populate it with words.  Can someone direct me to a dictionary in a flat-file format (i.e. all dictionary entries on one web page or in one file)?
 
Also, I believe that there are several English<=>EO dictionaries out there on the internet.  Can someone suggest which one is the best?

Please note that that dictionary will not be up permanently (it's a work-in-progress.)
