Christa627:What is the point in that? In case you're running around in only your underwear, and want people to know that you speak Esperanto? Especially designs like the "Hi, I'm an Esperanto speaker" one... Maybe some people like to go around in just their underwear, so this would make sense to them, but that sounds like a rather odd habit to me !CafePress is known for plastering an image on about every product they offer, whether it fits or not. I'm sure that's why so many undergarments are offered in Esperanto. The shop 'owners,' the people who created the images and put them only on certain products don't have much control of their intelectual property on CP.

Otherwise, this looks like some of the most useless merchandise I've seen.

Christa627:I wonder how well they sell? Whether anyone actually buys such things?Probably makes a unique gag gift for a bridal shower or such. I estimate the sales ranging from 0 to about, um, 1. I'm pretty sure someone bought some undergarment with one of my designs on it somewhere in the last few years.

erinja:Or you could just do what my friends did for my wedding, use Google Translate to come up with something and write it on a t-shirt with a marker. In our case, the unintentionally pragmatic "Eble vi ĉiam estos feliĉa" (I believe they must have typed in "May you always be happy" )Ha! I need to remember that one.
The unintentional honesty of Google Translate ...

In our case, the unintentionally pragmatic "Eble vi ĉiam estos feliĉa" (I believe they must have typed in "May you always be happy" )Lol; that's hilarious . At least you got an actual sentence, unlike the messages I sometimes get from a couple of my friends, which I have to translate word by word into English to make any sense of it (like when it says "puto" instead of "nu" or "bone", because these are all translated by the English "well" ), and sometimes even that doesn't help! .
