"Homino" is a possible but infrequent word. The base root "hom-" is already sex-neutral, similar to "human" in English (or the German Mensch). So "homino" is, literally, "female human".
There's no reason why you couldn't say this, but one normally says something like virino, ino, ulino to express the idea of "woman", "female".
