Kirilo, on the specific question of how to translate the temo of the MIME project, I find myself finally leaning towards 'mobileco'.

Movebleco seems to me too linked to the idea of movebla and too specific to render mobility.

The essence of mobility, or being mobile, is not being confined to one position or place - freely moving or able to be easily moved.

(That actor has very mobile face. I am much more mobile now that I have a car. A mobile rocket launcher. Socially mobile.)

Whilst mobility is obviously connected to the idea of movement, I don't think that the idea can be fully captured with a kunmetita vorto with mov.

Aŭtomobilo and mobilizi are very old words in Esperanto, and even if your language doesn't have a word like mobila, I therefore don't think you would find it too difficult to apprehend the meaning.

The definition of "mobilo" in the PIV seems to be restricted to a specific kind of artwork: "Artaĵo el plaketoj, ekvilibre pendantaj de dratoj k turniĝantaj laŭ la aermovoj".

Yes, and it's an artwork that is characterized (perhaps even defined) by its ability to move on its own. So the abstract quality (-eco) of a mobilo is perhaps it's ability to move on its own; it's mobility.

Mobileco sounds good to me.
