Hello,
Does everyone knows where I can find the Esperanto's dictionary with pronunciation?
I am a beginner of Esperanto.I'm not familiar with the pronunciation of Esperanto's words,
so I have a desperate need for Esperanto's dictionary with pronunciation.
Thx a lot.

Because Esperanto's spelling so closely coincides with its pronunciation, it really doesn't make sense to have an IPA entry - the spelling itself gives away all the clues.

What you need is to learn how each letter of the alphabet is pronounced - there is a handy reference at the top of this page. Once you've grasped that, it should be fairly straightforward to put the individual sounds together to form words. But if that's not enough, there are some Youtube videos that can give you an aural reference (just search for "Esperanto alphabet" or similar).

Sorry,I think I didn't use the precise words to express my question correctly.
I didn't ask for IPA.What I want to find is a dictionary which every words are pronounced by real man sound.
So I can correct my pronunciation by checking it.
Do I make myself clear?
Anyway,thanks for your tips.

I don't know of a dictionary as you describe, but here's a site where you can find sentences in Esperanto, and hear the pronunciations.

Tatoeba.org

I have the word of the day as one of my start up pages so I see it everytime I start my browser

The duolingo has pronunciation too and you can run them normal speed or slower.

http://forvo.com/ has a few for Esperanto.
It's a site made specifically for pronouncing words, but there aren't as many Esperanto entries.

Definitely Forvo.com, to whoever says it does not have many entries, I don't understand you. There are 17,600 words pronounced in Esperanto at Forvo, more than you need for most purposes.

Edit: I'm surprised only one reply mentioned Forvo.com, are you not familiar with this brilliantly useful page?

Google Translate's automated pronunciation of Esperanto words isn't bad, though it is a mechanical voice that sounds nothing like a person.
