Oops, the previous post was not put there, so the first post must be confusing, let me clear it up.
I wrote, and read this before you read the post above,
"I'm scanning through the languages on iTunes and I don't see anything esperanto on it...
I was surprised, does anybody know any esperanto Podcasts out there?
I think that a lot of people would be interested in such a thing, if there isn't one, how would one go about doing that?"

There are some Esperanto podcasts (Google "podkasto") but I don't know if they are available on iTunes. There are several links to them in the Esperanto Wikipedia entry for podkasto:

"Radio Verda" is very popular and probably the oldest (and best known) of the lot.

Podcastalley.com is a better-stocked directory, especially when it comes to E-o, and even then, it only includes podcasts submitted by the creators. My understanding is that iTunes is pickier about what it expects in a podcast feed than a typical RSS reader, so what shows up there is very far from what is really out there.

There is the daily half hour Esperanto news show from the Radio Polonia people which is available in iTunes--use a few search terms such as "Radio Polonia", or "Polskie Radio", and I'm sure you'll find it (this is an offshoot of Radio Polonia's long-standing short-wave radio show--it's now only broadcast via the 'net, as far as I know). Warning: iTunes does not appear to be archiving more than a week's worth of these shows at a time, so if you want to build a library, best to update your iTunes directory at least that often.

I'm an "eterna komencata" ridulo.gif, so I like to download a bunch of them, and then listen to them from time to time when I'm doing something else--hoping for a bit of that passive absorption of the language to have some sort of positive effect..
