The closest to a realistic goal would either
A. Have a small town where one convinces the majority to learn Esperanto, and brand it as the "Esperanto Town"
B. Have a part of a city (like Dallas) be Esperanto. Like Esperanto Boulevard, where everyone there speaks Esperanto, and the menus are bilingual.

Though, to do either of those things, on would need a couple million dollars (at least).

Let me put the question another way: Why do you ask only English-speakers and not speak with everyone here, by posting your question in Esperanto?

There are lot of socold " ghost cities " in china . Artificial cities build for million inhabitance complitly empty . As we know in china everything is chipper so we can try with that .
