This is SOOO clever! I would never have thought that someone could demand to be identified in bad faith! Of course, such a demand would actually be pretty tiring if sustained, so maybe most of the people who stick with it for more than five minutes actually mean it...maybe.

Since you have only 5 posts associated with your account, it still might not be too late to create a new account and stop using this one.

It's probably just as well that username changes are not possible - think of the confusion it would cause when other users fail to identify you...

Username changes aren't possible. You can delete your present account and create a new account if you wish to change your username. The idea has been floated to allow one single change of username for the new lernu (old username would still be indicated in your user profile, so that people know who you used to be). There have been plenty of people who quickly create an account with some kind of lame username and then end up using the site more than they thought they would and have a change of heart on the name.

right, well it's just that when I set this up I didn't know salutnomo meant screen name, and I put my real one instead..

No, see, the truth of the matter is, I'm NOT anti-semetic. It's just that I have a bad habit of saying things that I don't necessarily believe or agree with if I know that these things will be hurtful. Like I said, it's a very bad habit, and very often results in giving others false impressions of me.
But even if I were anti-semetic, holding such views in and of itself is not a crime, legally or socially, as long as I act appropriately to people. Otherwise, we're talking "thought crimes"...........
Please note that I never called anyone anything to their face. I merely shared my frustration about a certain someone in a socially unacceptable way (and to a third party, even). So unless thee can read my mind......
