At the least I think the above is not very well thought out.

Maybe you should try this in the Esperanto forums if you want to get more diverse answers than only English speakers.

ravana:It's look like whites are majority among esperantist . Any black or other ?This I would rephrase as "It looks like whites are the majority among Esperantists. Is anyone here of another race?
If I was saying this in my own words I would say "It seems to me that the majority of Esperanto speakers are white."
"What race you are."
This I would express as "What race are you?"
A change of word order and the question mark at the end of the sentence show that this is a question, not a statement.
Please be aware that racial discrimination is a very controversial topic for some native English speakers and that by asking this question you could be attracting some hostility towards yourself.

ravana:It's look like whites are majority among esperantist . Any black or other ?How much pigmentation in my skin will qualify me as black or white?
A quick search on Google takes me to Fitzpatrick Scale and Von Luschan's chromatic scale.
I think I am Type V on Fitzpatrick's scale and between 22–28 on Von Luschan's chromatic scale.
Anyway, I find this interest in darker and whiter skin is troubling. It is probably because here in India we have a multi-crore industry pandering to men and women who want to look white. Disgusting. Anyway, that is just me.
