I don't believe that Esperanto will be used by the NWO because it is an American based organization. It is very unlikely that Americans will want to watch it in Esperanto because their native language is English.

it is more likely that they would use spanish rather than esperanto

According to the book, the UN is equated with the NWO.

There is a change that the NWO will adopt Esperanto as one of many official languages. UNESCO has already recognized it. If the number of speakers increases to a sufficient amount then it will likely be used.
