Sometimes, I wonder if I will ever speak this fluentlyWell firstly he is reading a text out loud, and secondly just spend two weeks in Esperantujo, Alkanadi, and you should find that you progress to a fairly reasonable standard of fluency.

dbob:You can listen to it here.
(1). Aŭdu kiel eble plej ofte bone parolatan Esperanton.1 - Listen as much as possible to good speakers
(2). Parkerigu, (jes, mi ripetas, PARKERIGU) almenaŭ tri novajn frazojn ĉiumatene kaj tri aliajn ĉiuvespere.
(3) Dediĉu nepre 15 minutojn ĉiutage al Esperanta laŭtlegado per via propra buŝo.
2 - Memorize 3 sentences in the morning and 3 in the evening
3 - Read out loud for at least 15 minutes a day
Good advice. If that is the trick, then I will try it. I don't know if I can memorize 6 sentences a day though. That seems hard. Maybe, I could memorize a short paragraph every month instead.
I think that reading out loud is good but beginners and Esperantistacxoj, like me, will have to read very slowly.

1 - Listen as much as possible to good speakers
Anton Oberndorfer (alias peranto) is considered to have a very good Esperanto pronunciation. He has a daily podcast called Esperanta Retradio, with texts, so that you can listen to him while reading what he is saying.
2 - Memorize 3 sentences in the morning and 3 in the evening
If that is too much to memorize, try it your own way, one sentence daily or weekly, etc.
3 - Read out loud for at least 15 minutes a day
There is a list with lots of audio-texts to choose from Esperanta Retradio. Setting aside whether you like or dislike the content of the audio-text, I think is a good practice to read and listen to them daily. Why not use them also to read out loud? That way you’ll know if you are doing it right or not. You could even record your own reading and make comparisons to improve your skills.
I think one of the best ways to improve both fluency and pronunciation is constant practice, if possible on a daily basis. Of course, immersion is probably the best way to fluency. However, if you don’t have that possibility there are quite a few good ways to boost your skills thanks to Internet. See also Esperanto Vikifilmetoj, by the same author.
PS: when an audio-text in Esperanta Retradio is not spoken by peranto (Anton Oberndorfer), it is indicated with “Tiun ĉi sonartikolon verkis kaj produktis...” under the title of the article.

I can't listen to him right now but I will check it out later.
Is there some way to contact him and convince him to use Youtube. He will get way more than a few likes. Youtube will give him a big audience. Especially since he does his thing daily.
