What type of content do you want in Esperanto?

I like people speaking clearly directly into the camera in Esperanto about something that interests them. Esperanto.TV has some of these. It helps me to see their face when they talk.

Normal things. Just the things people would talk about whatever language they are speaking. Not a specialised Esperanto set of topics and ideas.

Good translations of thrillers. Some Esperanto-subtitled TV programs would be nice too.

Ideas about language, ecology and other topics about the future of the world. Opinions of people of different cultures about other countries, specially mine. Debates about the best way to achieve peace on the earth. Things difficult to find in other languages.

I would like to see more things for the daily life.

I'd like to see content in Esperanto that isn't about Esperanto.

More things like Esperanto Retradio is doing with transcripts; more videos and recordings of people speaking plainly and clearly. less wierd crazy people, more calm and nice people (don't get me wrong, Evildea has a lot of really informative stuff and is great for beginners, and I'm sure he's a great guy, but man, his frenetic crazy shtick really rubs me the wrong way, maybe I'm just too old)

as for subject matter:
less Esperanto specific content, less world news type content. More TED talk like things, more "boring" old everyday BLOGs & VLOGs. I want to hear/watch/read about people's hobbies and passions, but also their every day lives and their last trip to the park and where they went for dinner and what they had.

I want more well written books and stories, fiction! maybe translations of popular fiction books, especially things like young adult and sci-fi and fantasy (ohhh, urban fantasy is my favorite!), but if someone wants to translate all of Agatha Christie's or Dorothy Sayer's works I won't argue. But also original works too; good imaginative stories, no highfalutin' "literature" with characters and situations I could care less about and over flowery language.

Well, probably you mean this Zombie-like dissing. I assume that he feels to have in competition with all these other Youtube one-person channels. However, he decides to do so. For me that zombish dissing it seems to be for him like warm-up and cut-off. Thats how I fading out it during I view his vlogs.

YT-channel MateoKopenhago has some relaxed vlogs.

In particular less, much less, focus on sci-fi/fantasy. It may shock a section of the Esperanto community, but the majority of the world is not transfixed by deformed elves, zombified creatures, vampires or troll-like characters.

Quality sci-fi in the vein of J.G. Ballard or Will Self is far removed from the kind of dross usually passed off as science fiction.

I'll reiterate that Esperanto's perceived relationship to childish fantasy fiction keeps it in the realm of the mocked subculture.
