vejktoro:Next question: why do you ask?I am just curious. I am from Canada and I just heard the term "jump rope" a while ago. We always say "skipping rope"

Alkanadi:Do you say jump rope or skipping rope?I do say both, but "jump" the vast majority of the time. No rhyme or reason for either choice as far as I can tell.
