But does "kinky" actually have a connotation of "perverted" anymore?
"Perverted" is a very negative term; presumably members of kink communities don't think of themselves as perverts. Even in the broader popular culture, "kinky" no longer seems to be a term of disparagement (well, if you're not in very conservative circles) but instead means something more neutrally descriptive like "pertaining to strange or atypical sexual interests or practices". This is definitely not the connotation of the suggested Wiktionary translations pervertido, izvraschennyj etc.
Bizaramora sounds good. More boring, but equally descriptive would be seksume/amore nekonvena/ekscentra.

From this dictionary:
@Tempodivalse; while people in my local kink community often refer to themselves fondly or jokingly as perverts, it certainly has a much more negative connotation in more mainstream jargon, so I agree "perverted" probably shouldn't be used.
kink N (sexual deviance, perversion) perversio(PIV,TVE), seksa devio(TVE), sekse ekscentra gusto, sekse ekscentra praktiko, sekse ekscentraj kutimojUnsure if this is "reform" or not, but it seems useful to me.

I tend to think of it as consensual deviance.
