Here's a suggested correction for your question in Esperanto:
Mi havas demandon por spertuloj: kial, kiel kaj kie vi lernis Esperanton?
There's more than one way of putting it, but note that the language itself gets a capital E, and an ending -n because it is the direct object of the verb lerni.
