I'd like to practice Esperanto via email or PMs, if anybody would like to talk. I'll probably also try Koresponda Servo, but I thought this might be a good place to ask too.

I've gone through the Duolingo tree and am almost finished reading Gerda Malaperis (with occasional help from a dictionary), and I've studied some with Memrise. Hopefully I have an okay knowledge base, but I have very little practice using it to communicate with other people.

Hello zach404 & Ŝani. I had some fruitless searches for pen pals on the web, before finding another way which I have found quite satisfying: verduloj.com is an Esperanto-language social network. It's really tiny compared to Facebook and friends - like only about 300 members I think - but it's growing and the small size means it's easy to make friends there. I like the fact that I've been able to meet Esperantists from around the globe there with similar interests to me. Also it's good reading practice, as once you are following people you get to read people's posts each day. They also have a reasonably well attended babilejo (instant chat).

I'm actually not into social networks generally, but I'm enjoying verduloj - and thought you might too!

Yep, you could try verduloj.com, you can find me there under the same username. Much less happening than on FB, but it's all in Esperanto.

I'm also a Verduloj user; my name there is christa627 (just like here, but with a lowercase letter). I really like the site ridulo.gif.
