Someone else, I would say, though whether the speaker would have any warning is a moot question. Actually, I think EAB might have done something like this at a previous BK.

And this is also one good way how e.g. authors train their creativity. You can talk/write about anything, just keep on talking/writing. A fromer boss of mine "forced" us to give random not-work-related presentations every now and then. It was really good to get into it and when we finished those weeks of exercise everyone had a feeling they are capable of doing it.

I think Evildea gave a very encouraging example.
