How does one use commas in Esperanto. From what I could research and figure out you use it before "ke" and the "ki-" correlatives. Are there any other places to put it and is it used before all occurrences of "ki-" correlatives?
Ex: Li uzas la komon, ke estas uzita en frazojn

You used ke wrong in your sentence. Should be kiu.
...kiu estas uzita en frazoj
Esperanto had no fixed rules for commas or nearly any punctuation. People tend to do what they do in their native languages.

So much so that I picked it up myself through mere exposure, way before starting to study German.
