I can teach you how to form sentences quickly. Practice speaking! There's no trick to it, just working at it to gain experience.

You don't even strictly need another person to do this. You can just talk to yourself, keep up a running narration on some topic. Give an imaginary tour of your house. Cook something and explain what you are doing as you are doing it. There are lots of ways to practice speaking, even alone.

I was thinking of making a list of sentence templates that I usually use, translating them onto a paper and speaking them out.

Here are some:
I thought you meant X
What I meant to say is X
I'm not X because I'm Y
X makes Y be Z
I'll show you how to X
Oh boy
That's so X
Oh please

Zvoc47:It takes me like 15 seconds to form a sentence before I say it and then I realize ke mi bezonas la akuzativoN.
You are taking the right approach by looking for someone to speak with.

Soldiers do lots of repetition over and over again. Then when they are under stress, they are able to perform the actions without delay.

You can tie your shoes without thinking. You can type on a keyboard without thinking. There are lots of things that have become automatic for you because you have done them so many times before.

erinja:You can just talk to yourself...
Good idea. Or you could make Youtube videos. There are several people doing this to practice, including me from time to time.
