This sounded funny. When I found a list of idioms, I thought they were really idiotisms so I thought that Esperanto speakers judge other people for speaking wrongly or something. Then I've realized that idiotism in Esperanto means idiom in English. Well how do you say idiotism then? Idiotismumo?

Idiotismumo?'Idiotism' or 'idiocy' is idioteco (a way of behaving) or idiotaĵo (an idiotic action).
If you look at the entry for iditosimo in Revo, you can see that its 'radiko' is idiotism' not idiot'. In other words, idiotismo has nothing to do with idiots.
You can also see the origins of the word in other European languages below the main entry.
