Regarding information can be found at edukado.net. If I got it right lowest KER level to be certified will be B1. Would be interesting to find out how to prepare for passing KER B1 session. And not to forget to speak about the costs. Anyway, to get KER certificate that seems to be good possiblity to feel joined to some kind of Esperanto 'movement'.
