How is this a question? You already gave your answer in the first message. If you already consider Duolingo to be the best Esperanto resource, without any discussion, over the whole Esperanto internet and in-person Esperanto movement, over online PIV and PMEG and all of the amazing websites that are useful but are not an Esperanto course, over every convention in the world, then I guess there's nothing left to discuss.
