And probably several other languages too. (though I can't say for sure for other ones)
There WAS a korean forum before so I'm wondering.

Are you guys still working on it? Or is this a part of this new system?

Korean will appear as an option when the page has been translated into Korean to a sufficient degree. The site is currently only around 13% translated into Korean.
