Hello,
I had a keyboard problem on some pages when trying to type esperanto accented letters. Especially this page http://lernu.net/kurso/nakamura/2/4 . I was unable to type Ĝ and Gx was not recognized (I had to copy paste a Ĝ from somewhere else).
(I removed my question which was a misunderstanding from my part)

Did you try using the top menu to activate the x method on the site?

yes. But it was causing problem on some cases only.
I noticed also that answers are not stripped of leading and trailing characters, which can cause errors difficult to spot
