I love the redesign of the site, however looking at the course there doesn't seem to be any appropriate way of doing it unless you haven't studied Esperanto before. I have been studying the language for a year and have completed the Duolingo course, and am wondering if I could do the Nakamura course without having to do all the beginner sections,

Also I have always liked how you are able to translate from Esperanto to English by clicking on a word and seeing how it is derived, is there any way to use this but with my own texts? So if I was reading a page of an Esperanto eBook I didn't understand, could I copy the page in and utilise the translation feature (as it is far surperior to other translation tools online)

You do have to start the new course from scratch but nothing is forcing you to do all the exercises. You can simply click through the exercises and read the story parts only.
