It is a really simple question about the word "senco". I was going over Esperanto example sentences, and i hit a little bump. I know how to say "that makes sense!" "tio havas sencon!" But how would one say "that makes the most sense"? I know what "that makes more sense" would be: "Tio havas pli da senco", if that helps. Thanks for any help!

"Tio estas la plej senca" or "Tio estas la plej senconhavanta". The first is best because few will know what is "senconhavanta". You'd have to use an adjective. Also, you should capitalize your first person singular pronouns.

"Tio havas la plej bonan sencon" would be another way of putting it. A short-form expression could be "tio plej sencas".
