Saluton!
It's a short time I began to learn Esperanto, but sometimes I see some words that have different pronunciation with the pronunciation that I think should be true,
for example: bela seems that should be pronounced like "beila", and bela floroj like "bilai floroi",
Is this something that happens a lot in Esperanto language? Do I have to "learn" all of the words' pronunciations?

Dankon por via helpo, @Mohsen_Nirouzad

It's interesting to hear how people outside the West 'hear' the pronunciations.

The 'e' in bela is not supposed to be made into a dipthong - though I've heard it sounding that way in quite a lot of audio, especially from Brazil. The 'e' in bela is also stressed because it is the second-to-last syllable (always the stress point), so it sounds a bit longer.
In belaj the 'e' is also the stressed syllable, but I'd agree that there is often lingering on the plural ending.

Basically the 'e' should sound 'pure', not a dipthong.

Since Esperanto has only five vowels there is some latitude in the pronunciation. However no vowel should be pronounced in a way that allows confusion with another vowel.

So belaj floroj should not be pronounced like bilaj floroj even though bilaj is very unlikely in the context of flowers. And belaj should be not be pronounced like bejlaj.

There are some word pairs where 'ej' is contrasted with 'e' - eg treni/trejni; reno/Rejno; melo/mejlo

In Esperanto everything is pronounced as it's written. 'e' always is a short 'e' like in e.g. 'bed'.
Difference in pronunciation in audio learning materials (or general audio Esperanto materials) may be an accent or mix with other languages' pronunciation. I haven't been on Lernu for some time, but when I was learning Esperanto more regularly I realised I mispronounce words because of a bit of Spanish I know. Or sometimes even say them with English pronunciation. okulumo.gif

I heard these pronunciations in the Kurso De Esperanto 4, Hear these audios I picked up from this software:
http://elme-mavara.ir/bela.wma
http://elme-mavara.ir/belaj.wma
I realized that this software has some pronounce problems, Although it's one of the most popular softwares to learn esperanto.
I checked Forvo too and I figured out portuguese people pronounce them like beila and bilaj:
http://forvo.com/search/bela/pt/
However this is interesting too (pronouncing esperanto word bela like beilai in Forvo):
http://forvo.com/word/belaj/#eo

It's clear someone has pronounced Esperanto words in the mentioned software using his own language.
