1) Is there a list that lists the most frequent words/roots of esperanto, with the words ranked individually (ie. 1)fgdfjs, 2)sdkfj, ect.)
2) Does anyone know how using the x-system, or h-system, change letter frequencies, or how it could be calculated?

I don't know of a list ranked in order like that. However, there are some lists that give general categories (category I - most common, category II - next most common, etc). Look at the "juna amiko" word lists in the vocabulary section.
