I'm not aware of a standard phrase.
The obvious translation is kodparolanto, but it might be more informative to use indiana ĉifristo. "Talking in code" (loosely) is kripta parolado.

Oh, thank you! I think "ĉifristo" is an accurate word. For example, I could say "navaha ĉifristo" for "Navajo code talker" and it would be easy to understand, isn't it?
