Lesson 23 has an exercise called "Choose the correct variants." The last question has a picture of a slice of cake. Above it are pictures of four ingredients: an egg, 3 sugar cubes, some nuts, and a packet of something which could be butter, margarine or lard. The question asks: "Ĉu la kuko enhavas ...ovojn? lakton? buteron? sukeron? ĉokoladon? nuksojn? pomojn?" I put "Jes" for eggs, butter, sugar and nuts, but my "sukeron - jes" was counted as wrong. Where did the sugar go, if not in the cake? I am sure the three cubes are meant to represent sugar, because exactly the same three cubes are used in the previous question about a cup of tea.
