The term ‘malegaleco’, given by Wells and Vikivortaro, expresses only the generalized sense of ‘inequality’. (Benson doesn’t even offer a term. Nor does Sonja.) The mathematical sense is given by ‘neegalaĵo’, which is what ReVo and Vikipedio have (and which PIV also gives). So kudos to them. Everyone else needs to get with the program.
