Kudos to Wikipedia for including ‘language barrier’

Did you know that Wikipedia has an article on the language barrier? And yes, Esperanto is mentioned. I had no idea they would have such an article, but I ran across it just now and thought it worth a shout-out. So, kudos to Wikpedia!

That's wonderful news! I hope lots of people start learning Esperanto right away! If possible, please tell people about Esperanto.

Is this ironic? If it isn't, you might consider that when even Esperantists don't know about an article mentioning Esperanto (a rare occurrence) the wider public will be completely oblivious and not likely to start learning Esperanto 'right away' on the back of it..or at all.

The word "Esperanto" is only mentioned 2 times in the article, though the article itself is actually quite interesting.

Ĉi tiu estas kial mi estas esperantisto. Mi volas ke la mondo estu uniĝita por nur unu lingvo. Ĝi estus bona se ĝi estu la Esperanto, sed mi pensas ke ĝi estos lingvo natura (tiel la angla aŭ la ĉina).
