I just looked at the English language Wikipedia page for "World Esperanto Congress" (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/World_Esperanto_Cong...) and it shows Montreal, Canada as the site of the UK in 2019. The history shows that this update was added on May 25. Today is June 4. Can someone tell me if this is true, or not? I haven't seen this news anywhere else. Thanks.

That is the challenge which I faced, when I was asked to become the coordinator of youth activities of the Canadian Esperanto Association. The creation of this position was instigated by my proposal that Toronto should host the IJK (Youth Congress) in 2019 if Montreal hosts the World Congress of Esperanto.
