I went a few weeks without learning, and forgot a bit of the stuff I'd learned. Could I reset my progress of the main course?

I think it is not possible to reset the course.
A possible way may be, but it's a lot of work: select the exercise, copy them with Ctrl+C and past (Ctrl+V or Ctrl+Shift+V, and past only text without format) them in a simple wordprocessor. Now you can delete the answers and redo the exercises.
