So how would you translate supply and demand, as these terms are used in Economics, eg the law of supply and demand. And more generally does anybody know of an Esperanto dictionary of Business and Economics terms later than the 1974 International Business Dictionary in 9 languages.

I see that Google Translate proposes Provizo kaj Postulo, but looking at the romance languages maybe Oferto kaj Postulo would be more acceptable. Or if one wanted to conserve alliteration Propono kaj Postulo.

I don't know. Sounds like another language to me. It doesn't fit so neatly into the language that it would have a different grammar. For example, "tiom" is completely different grammatically from "tiu ŝargego", but "ŝipo" has the same grammar as "aŭto". What you need is a language whose grammar helps you express microeconomic, monetary and spatial and temporal relationships. Esperanto is a planned language. That does not mean that the plan is total, or neatly fits into every subject matter.
