Could anyone suggest the good way to translate medium format camera. I've been thinking meznegativo-fotilo. But I'm sure there's a better way.

"medium format" refers to the film, right? I might say "Mezgrand-filma fotilo"
"Filmo" means not only a film (like a movie), but also camera film.
