Why is my Picture Sideways? I tried to fix it but I cant seem to do so.

Why is my Picture Sideways? I tried to fix it but I cant seem to do so. I tried turning it on my desk top with paint but each time I put it on, it comes out with my chin to the left. Any Suggestions?

Right click original image, then choose rotate left option from dropdown, save, reupload. Hope this helps okulumo.gif
