How can I say in Esperanto expressions like "every other day", "every two days", "every eight hours" and so on? Is there any idiom for this?

In tekstaro.com you can find:
Ĉiun sepan/dekan tagon
Ĉiujn dek kvar tagojn
Nin ĉiujn tri - but we was three.
Ĉiun kvin partojn - but there was five parts only
Ĉiun alian - but this means 'ĉiun krom jam menciitan'

So use 'ĉiun duan tagon', 'ĉiun okan horon'
'Ĉiun alian tagon', 'ĉiujn du tagojn', 'ĉiujn ok horojn' also can be used, but they can understand them incorrectly.

I agree with Sergejm here. Use ordinal numbers.
