For instance
  • The most backwards listened song is "Stairway to heaven" by Led Zeppelin.
Of course you can say aŭskulti de fino ĝis komenco, but what if you are not listening the whole song but a part of it.

Retroauxskulti?

Estas la vorto kiu venas al mia menso, sed eble tiu traduko ne estas trafa cxar al mi mankas kulturo pri muzika fako kaj mi ne jam komprenas kiucele oni faras tion.

Altebrilas,

When reel-to-reel-recorders or magnetophones became largely available to households in the western world in 1970's, people began to experiment with those. With some magnetophones it was possible to play backwards, so of course that was tried.

Sometime the ultra-christians (?) in the USA got the idea that rock-musicians worship Satan so they began to play rock-songs backwards with those magnetophones in order to find evidence. For some reason "Stairway to heaven" by Led Zeppelin became singled out.

Here is a Youtube video of that song played backwards with alledged lyrics which "prove" worshipping of Satan.

I have myself experimented that long time ago. I noticed that it was like reading in reverse order a phonetically written text. With some exceptions: for instance, the sound "k" sounded like "hx" (cxapelita H).

About the song of Led Zeppelin, the text of the backward version canbe read in the comments, but not the forward one. I'd like to compare both versions in written form.

Btw, is there any examples of someone having tried to do that in esperanto?
