Chat feature ?

I just signed up because I read that this site has a chat feature, to practice using Esperanto. Either I'm terrible at finding my way around or there is no chat feature. Is there a chat feature?
I have been using Duolingo for a while and it's good, but obviously it's not enough on its own. I'd like to eventually write some songs in Esperanto. I've already done some in French and German. Maybe I can translate a few of my English lyrics? Who knows.
Anyway, I'm really keen to learn more and make more progress!
