For example in some hanzi we have to read 'x'(such as '习') in names but how to read it and how to translate them into Esperanto?
And in some japanese name we should read shi(し),but how to read it when it has been translated into Esperanto?just read ŝi or shi?

Se vi ne trovas tradukon, tiam skribu la vorton kiel la originalo. Se vi nepre volas traduki mem, tiam mi rekomendas traduki laŭ la prononco.
