Have you heard spoken Romanian before? That fits the description, but it definitely sounds different to Esperanto, probably because it has a grammatical system that is reminiscent of Latin and the Slavic languages (which in turn had a similar grammar system to Latin to begin with). And those grammatical systems generally effect the spoken rhythm IMHO.

To me, the vowel endings on so many of the words plus the consistent stress on the next-to-last syllable give it more the sound and rhythm of a romance language than any of the other choices above
