How do I use TAB properly? Shift+TAB doesn't navigate to the previous textbox.

What key combination I should use instead of Shift+TAB? Shift+TAB switches the dictionary direction and I haven't found out yet how do I navigate to the previous element like with Shift+TAB on any other website??
