Hi folks,

Just wondering about exams in Esperanto. I know that lernu! has their set of exams and I know some national associations have them too...I saw that the BEA offers a set of exams (although they feature translation exercises).

Are there are any exams that are official, international and Esperanto-only? I thought I remember hearing something about that but I'm not sure. Perhaps the UAE or some organization like that offers them?

ILEI (Internacia Ligo de Esperantistaj Instruistoj) regularly arranges Esperanto exams in collaboration with UEA, at various levels (elementary, intermediate, advanced). However you can only take part in the exams in person during large events like Universalaj Kongresoj or ILEI conferences. Try here for more info.
