Don't know how well known this is but, there are two Esperanto apps for sale in the iPhone applications store.
1. A very disappointing but cheap set of electronic flash cards that unfortunately amount to just 70 words or so.
2. A good value for money (in my opinion) Englsh to Esperanto dictionary.
Anyone know of any others?

(I would like toHow much AUD is the Eng-EO dictionary? Is it offline? I remember getting an English - Japanese dictionary for the iPhone which was excellent but required a Wi-Fi or 3G connection in order to function
(Luckily I didn't pay for it as it was free but if I had I wouldn't of been too impressed)

You don't need an internet connection to do basic word lookup, only if you wish to expand on the search results in the esperanto wikipedia. Overall I think its not bad!

), I might have to go down to Woolies to get a $10 iTunes card so I can buy it. And the fact that you don't need an internet connection for basic word lookup is heaps good (sorry for the SA colloquialism, it's the only thing that felt adequately described it)!And gwbell, I presume the disappointing flash cards is iStudy: Esperanto? I think they have a series of flash cards out there for many other languages, not just Esperanto, which may explain the cheap price. From just a look-see I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else, I think there is much better content that you could be using to learn Esperanto on-the-go for free in fact.
