Pensas pri / Pripensas

Is there a difference between "Pensas pri" and "Pripensas" ? If so, could someone care to explain?

The difference between those two forms is that the latter accepts an accusative. The meaning is roughly the same. "Pripensi" by itself can be used to mean "to meditate", "to contemplate".
